Hayti is committed to protecting the confidentiality and security of the information it collects through its Services. Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use do not extend to any third-party websites, services, or applications, even if they can be accessed through our Services.
Personal Informationis any data that can be used to identify an individual, such as name, contact details, financial information, IP address, and subscription account details. This data can be gathered from forms, cookies, IP addresses, and other interactions with an individual.

We collect device, location, usage, sign-in, one-time request, business partner, and content provider info, such as IP address, device ID, cookies, user settings and preferences, operating system, app and file names and types, app version, location data, content viewed, activities duration, ad interactions, account name, email, password, birth year, gender, business name, legal name, occupation, publication description, profile picture, coverage area, blog website, social media links.

We collect and process info to provide, improve, administer, market, and enable navigation of our Services; also to prevent fraud, secure networks/info, research (including marketing), and direct market where we have a legitimate interest, and with user consent.

Additionally, you may be able to manage push notifications, location information, and in-app purchases through your device's built-in settings and controls.
We do not maintain or control the opt-out mechanisms and settings and are not responsible for their operation. We collect and process identifiers, commercial information, internet or other network or device activity, geolocation information, employment, education, and professional-related information, sensitive personal information (collected only about employees or vendors), inferences we make about you or your interests, and other information that identifies or can be reasonably associated with you.
We use this information for performing services, advertising customization and measurement, marketing, research, and development, improving our services, detecting, protecting against, and prosecuting violations of our terms and policies, security incidents, and fraudulent or illegal activity, managing and overseeing our staffing needs (current, former and applicants) and our vendors, and other uses about which we notify you.

Processing Precise Geolocation. When you consent, we process this information to provide relevant content and advertisement based on your location. You can always withdraw your consent.
In the past 12 months, we have collected various types of personal information from those who interact with us, including identifiers like legal name or online aliases, encrypted passwords, contact information, communications, commercial information such as transactions, billing, and product info, electronic network activity such as IP addresses, and inferences made about interests based on analysis. Not all of this information is collected from everyone who interacts with us.

Our Policy toward People under 13.
Our Services are not directed to people under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 13. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have permission from your legal guardian before you are permitted to use the Services.
